Job description:I have a upvc tilt and turn window in my property which isn't working as it should. I can turn the handle a quarter (so that the top portion of the window is open) but not a half (so that the window opens fully inward, hinged at the side). It has been like this for a couple of years but it is also letting in a lot of rain.
