Build lean-too porch / small conservatory to rear of property. in Kirkintilloch

Job description:Lean-to porch with 1 solid (upvc?) wall. Wndows / door to other 2. Pitched, tiled roof. Will measure approx 6ft x 8ft. (small) Can you give me 2 quotes? One for just building on already prepared ground AND one including laying the foundations etc. The land has a SLIGHT incline and there's a low 2ft wall and flowerbed to be removed. I can get someone else to do groundwork if you prefer. I would need a ballpark figure BEFORE I'd contact you.
