Job description:Required ASAP 1 bay + 1 double window at front of tenement, 2nd floor, Sash windows that should open fully inwards for access. Requires outside wooden window frames & surrounds stripped, repaired where needed, & painted, and surrounding pointing (i.e. join between frame & brickwork) to be replaced. Budget so only sensible prices considered! May consider interior renovation / painting also if price is reasonable.
