We need to remove a window, take out the wall under the window and then replace it with a door. in Greetland

Job description:One large window needs taking out form the back of our house (groundfloor), and then the wall underneath this needs removing so that we can put some french doors in. We're in a 1900 terrace house. We are friends with a upvc door supplier so we'd prefer to use there products we get them much cheaper. Only problem we think will exist is that the sink is currently near the window (we're getting kitchen done so it doesn't need reinstalling, just removing) and also the window is currently quite high so there will most likely be a gap above the new doors that either needs bricking back up, or having another window added.. but we're open to suggestions with that.
