Replace an old wood framed window with uPVC double glazed window, and repair/replace uPVC patio door in Hylands

Job description:The window that needs replacing is on the first floor of the house, and may be hard to access using ladders due to a flat roof extension at the back of the house. The window is fairly large, approx 1.7m x 1.3m. The uPVC patio door at the back of our house (ground floor) lets in a draught - either the seal has gone or the door had warped. need to either fix or replace.
