Top inside edge of PVC window coming away from wall - needs filling and re-sealing in Chapel Allerton

Job description:Windows in house appear to be badly fitted - this one in a bedroom needs repairing ASAP. Top edge of window has come away from 'ceiling' of the window ledge. FAily large gap which needs filling and the plastic edging of the window needs sticking/sealing back to the wall. Very flexible with dates/times but need job completing by 5th January as the room will then be in use.
