Leaking and ill fitting guttering around conseravtory in Temple Newsam

Job description:Guttering around top of conservatory is leaking near to where the conservatory joins the house, causing dampness on outside wall (with cracks in the mortar) and inside conservatory (wallpaper is peeling off). The guttering is of two different styles and it is where the two styles join that the leak is occuring. Guttering may need replacing with a single type all around the conservatory. The flashing between the conservatory roof and the outside wall of the house also appears damp (very soft) at the same point.
