Replacement pane of glass in Castle

Job description:We live on the 4th floor of an old industrial mill in Leicester, the windows are arched, and made up of multiple panes of glass set in a metal frame. One of the panes has cracked and needs replacing. The glass is double glazed, although it is pretty thin - at a guess less than 1/2 inch thick. The pane that has cracked is regular rectangle shaped, measuring approximately 11 ins x 16 ins Due to work, I'd prefer responses by email.Thanks.
