Job description:Demolish current conservatory come utility and replace with mainly brick built construction but pitched victorian style roof with artice blue glass. Dimensions - 2.5m x 8m. Also add conservatory to back of house 3.5m x 7.5m again with victorian style pitched rook with artice glass. Want to create area which can be used all year around -so radiators required and current outside brick to be plastered.
