Leaking roof in Fenham

Job description:I have a leaking conservatory roof. Last year I had a repairmen out and he installed what i believe is called 'lead flashings'. This has not worked. I have been told i should use a cavity wall or other to stop this. The conservatory only leaks when it is heavily raining
