Job description:I have a door installed by Warmseal with a failing GU multipoint lock which they say they can not repair., I can not source a replacement unit as the existing unit is stamped 30/92 and the replacemet lock can not be more tham 35 mm deep. Can the locking mechanism be replaced or repaired?
