Problems with my back door, has been adjusted once but now back to lifting to close can it be fixed. in Basford

Job description:one back door with glass panals would rather fix if possible, but would like information on costs and options, pros and cons before choosing wheather to replace. the top and middle hinge look ok but the botton one looks like the centre pin/screw is working its way up and out, it seems the more this happens the harder it is to close and i am now lifting it to close. the door is a plastic frame with glass panels top and bottom.
