Problems with casements shutting on upvc windows! in Shaw

Job description:I have two upvc windows one in the bathroom and one in the master bedroom which I am having problems with! Bathroom window have problems closing!. It's a top opening casement and it looks as though it has dropped!! Bedroom window will not open without heavy force. Looks like the latch mechanism is broken. Both need to be repaired. Please advise of quote and also how soon this can be done. Thanks
