Leaky, cold conservatory - repair or replace? in Marston

Job description:We have lean to conservatory, built over 15 years ago, with a single layer dwarf wall and double glazed windows, but with a polycarbonate roof. We'd like to turn it into a usable space, but don't know whether we can get away with just insulating the wall and replacing the roof, or whether we should destroy it and start again! It's also a different floor level to the kitchen and dining room, and would be nice to level that off. Advice and quotes appreciated!
