Reseal/replace existing Rooflight with opening Window in West

Job description:The current rooflight (non-opening) has a minor leak and needs resealing, but my preference is to replace with opening window to allow cleaning. Existing light is 62cm by 65 cm located in roof of late victorian semi -detached house. 2 jobs - 1) Reseal existing light to make water tight and 2) replace with opening window
