Move back door, brick up old door in Abbey

Job description:External Back door and back window frames are both rotten, would like to brick up the old external door (hall) and turn the window in the kitchen into a back door. Existing back door 190cm x85cm Window 151cm x 93cm Window frame sit approx 2.5 foot off the ground Would ideally like to put a glass door in to let as much light into the room. The external wall, where the existing door is, has a render to it. I would also like that rendered the same. Kind of a pebble dash look, white. Does require planning permission as we live in a conservation area.
