Replace beside-door glass frames with plastic catflap in Battle

Job description:It is currently a set of 3 glass windows roughly 2ft (60cm) by 16inches (40cm) each, surrounded by a wooden frame next to a wooden door. I wish to have a cat flap installed in the bottom window, with the glass being replaced by PVC or Wood, whichever would look more impressive, and am after quotes for: 1: replace just the bottom glass window with wood OR PVC, more likely PVC with an installed cat flap. 2: replace the entire frame & glasses with wood OR PVC, again more likely PVC.
