Sash window needs restoring or replacing with similar wooden sash in Minster

Job description:I have a wooden sash window that needs either restoring and rehanging, or possibly replacing completely, due to the wood being rotten. I think the sill and outer frame might be ok. The cord is snapped. The window is approx. 118cm wide by 178cm high including the frame. It's a first floor window that should be ok too access by ladder, and easily accessible at floor level from inside. Please not I'm not interested in plastic, uPVC or anything that's not a wooden sash window! Thanks in advance, Phil.
