Change of glass in partition wall in Brooklands

Job description:We have a set of 4 frosted glass panels- set one above each other enclosed in a wooden frame set into a partition wall.(in total about 5 foot by 1 foot) We would like to change these for plain glass- and if possible make them into glass doors set on hinges
