Window fixing in Priory

Job description:In my home, I have a floor to ceiling, wall to wall window which is split up into three. Two of the windows are misty. Please let me know if there's anything you can do. They are aluminium frames, double glazed. Not sure how old they are as i've been here twelve years and not replaced them. I also want to know how feasible it is to install glazed frames into a new space. In other words, second hand glazed frames from a friend are being given to me and I want to know if it's feasible to install them into an area i'm making in my home.
