Have a two way opening window with broken hinges, think the parts might be a pain to source though. in Stannington

Job description:Large upstairs window that tilts open from the bottom, or opens wide in to the house, was stiff for a while, then one day literally came off in my hands, so only way to keep it there is to keep it closed now. Think should be able to sort it out from inside. Site says someone wants more details, but not sure what to add!
