Window needs repair / replacing in Eastney and Craneswater

Job description:Bathroom window not opening or closing properly. The top hinge of the outward opening window has given way/corroded. The window is permanently closed to stop it falling out. Depending on the cost of replacement we would be interested in having an extractor fan fitted to the new window as well.
