Job description:Typical Portsmouth terraced house with old uPVC windows which probably need replacing again but we can't afford that at the moment. Please help us repair them all into working order (ie opening and closing) and fix the leaks as cheaply as possible. You can advise us as to how much it might cost to replace them later on, and if you do this job well you will be at the top of our list in a couple of years. Meantime - we need to be able to open the existing bathroom window now (amongst other things!).
