Glass units need replacing in several windows plus minor repair to opening mechanism in Bredbury

Job description:I have several windows (large glass and 2 top opening windows) that need replacing as the double glazed unit seal has gone and so internal misting has occurred. Also on one of the top opening windows the mechanism that opens it has broken and needs fixing so that the window can fully shut, this is not a problem in summer but during the winter cold air pours in through the slight gap. I believe that there are 5 large windows that needs replacing and with that 10 smaller pieces that need replacing. I have put 2 - 4 months but may want to start sooner if the price is right. I am also looking at other people off rated people.
