Job description:My existing conservatory was built 14 years ago. It is a rectangular shape, with sloping roof, and brick built dwarf walls. It measures approx. external measurements 3.8m x 2.4m. It needs a bit of TLC ! Nothing major but; some small patches of the plaster have been chipped off the internal walls,; two of the roof panels have slipped forward a bit leaving a small gap at the main wall, ; the window sill boards are very wide and protrude into the floor area too much, I would like these replaced with narrower ones; the whole thing could use a good clean externally and re painted internally including the new sills; the wooden floor was never finished and some edging strips would finish the job
