Job description:My windows are approx 10 years old. Wood, double glazing. Look like sash windows but can be clicked open as well. They have some spiral mechanism at the sides? 4 windows need to be maintained. Draft proof (there are gaps at the window frame) and one spiral mechanism needs looking at. Traditional sash window people won't touch these windows. Could you give me an estimate and reduce the draft? Kind regards Svenja
