Window refurb in Old Windsor

Job description:We need our Victorian Sash windows refurbished and some need to be replaced like for like. The three windows at the front of the house need refurbed ie stripped, treated and painted or maybe just painted including sills external only inside is fine. We also have 5 at the back, one of which is fine the others need replacing like for like, one is a sash, one is a victorian kitchen small window the others are the bathroom windows which are small but need replacing or maybe refurbing need some expert advice here, the frames are intact, just windows have had it.
