Problems with existing Sky Plus box and/or dish. Gradual deterioration of picture and sound (pixelation / stuttering) over past few months. Worse when it rains/blows. Please fix.
Prompt, friendly, helpful and professional. Explained exactly what the problem was and fixed it.

Require Sky+ feeds to two flats in a block of three. Communal aerial in place with 1 feed ea.
Communal aerial already in place on roof, splitter box inside only has four feeds and needs replacing with larger capacity splitter to delivery more feeds to other flats. Require additional cabling to flats also. Location: Old Portsmouth
Excellent service. On time, installation on cost and discovered setup issue, resolved on site.
Would recommend to anyone.

Our TV got bumped on Saturday, and now the picture seems to work for around 30-40 minutes, then it disappears while the sound remains. After switching the TV off for a while and then on again, the picture returns, but the same pattern continues (picture disappears after 30-40 mins)
