Alex did a fantastic job and went above expectations. He was prompt and eager to do job. Alex kept to agreed times and costs. He was very understanding when we had purchased the wrong bracket, but that did not stop him completing the job.... as he drove to town to get correct equipment before starting the job. Completed job to high standard. Airsat Services is highly recommended!

worked really hard as he came across a few problems but he was here until the problem was solved and the price didn't go up either!! Would recommend to anyone and we would use them again without doubt!

I have purchased a new tv for a room upstairs but can't get freeview but can get it on tv downstairs
What i liked about this was , i received a call within two minutes of sending my request and even though it turned out to be a fairly small job Graham from In-sight was helpful and dealt with it quickly and didn't charge me for a couple of little extras but only for a responable call out charge. All in all i would recommend.

The aerial is relatively high up (about 10m) attached to the chimney stack. I don't know whether the aerial is not pointing the right way, whether the connections or cabling are deteriorating, or whether we just need a booster or a better aerial.
I found Graham from In-sight Digital to be excellent. He turned up on time to give me the quote, and was able to start work immediately once the price was agreed. He had all the necessary equipment with him, and worked diligently to complete the job. He also made sure that he showed me everything he had done and that I was happy with it. He was also excellent value for money.
