we are struggling with an inside portable aerial. bad weather or heavy traffic and we lose the signal. we have a roof aerial, but no inside aerial socket and a defunct satelite dish left by a previous tenant who had NTL. don,t want or have sky,virgin etc and dont need broad band, only want decent signal for freeview tv.

Hi we are moving to a renovated house that has no aerial installed. The house has 3 floors and we would really like to have an aerial point on each floor. What would be the likely cost for the installation for this. The postcode of the house is BL4 7PQ and we are hoping to move in next week on 13th or 14th June, so we would like it doing asap after that.
Dave came out for us on a Sunday as we were desperate for an aerial. However after encountering problems we had to go for a freesat installation instead. Dave gave us good advice and offers a 10 year guarantee. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Wall mounting of 55" tv to chimney breast, would also like cables to be hidden, preferably conduit in wall to other av equipment. Just require quote at this stage to see if I can afford it!!
TV wall mounting had already been done but Jimmy came along to chase the cables behind the plaster as well as to remove 2 wall lights and a switch. I was really pleased with the workmanship and the time taken - Jimmy explained everything that he was doing, he took great care in his work. The overall job cost me less than I anticipated. Overall I was really pleased and would recommend Jimmy for any electrical work.

I'm a landlord of 9 properties in and around the NW, and use RatedPeople.com quite often for various jobs. I have a property In Bolton where the tenant claim the aerial has become detached. She also states that there is a small leak and this may have been caused by the aerial falling down I need the aerial re-attaching to the original position. Also whilst somebody is up on the roof they can asses any damage they see, that could be causing a leak of which she claims is occurring, with a view to either fixing it themselves or passing on that info to me to then get fixed if this is not your field of expertise. I would like to keep you on my books as a regularly used tradesman providing the job is done satisfactorily. The address is in the Tonge Fold area of Bolton and the Tenant is in all day today should you wish to do the work today. I can pay by immediate direct bank payment or cheque, whichever is preferred. The tenant’s details will be passed over for you to negotiate arriving directly with her, and I will provide my details for us to communicate.
