"Seemed pleasant enough over the phone, so made arrangements to complete job but but never turned up, re arranged job and still didn't turn up. He did that three times without letting me know he wasn't going to turn up, so i found someone else who completed the job on the first visit. Very unreliable. "

"Work was of a high standard and the cable leading down from the aerial to the hole in the wall was thoughtfully positioned against the drainpipe thus hidden out of sight. I was informed the night before the installer was due to arrive that there had to be a change in the scheduled time the next morning. Although the installer arrived at the new specified time, the late notice and the changes I had to make in my schedule did not merit 5*. The price was on par with other quotations from installers in the area, however I assumed that an aerial box on the wall would be included but this was an additional cost. After the aerial cable had been threaded through the drilled hole in the wall, it was very dusty and should have been wiped cleaned before plugging into the back of the Freeview Box. I ended up doing this myself and hoovering the dust pile left. On the plus side - the picture quality is great, the aerial seemed to be of sufficient quality to be able to pick up many more digital channels in the future and the installer took his shoes off unprompted when entering the house! "
