my old socket was removed for plastering and needs renewing. I want to add another to another room. Transmission was not brilliant before; i have loft aerial and am in a conservation area which limits where an outdoor aerial can go but it is possible if necessary. I am in a terraced house.
Jason gave what I felt was a competitive and appropriate quote for the work and stuck to it. He gave me a 3 hour window for our appointment and I was disappointed he didn't ring me earlier to let me know he was running late. We had to negotiate the siting of the aerial and he moved it as I requested. 12 month warranty sent by email very efficiently.
