My TV stopped working one day for no reason.
I'm a leaseholder in a conversion, the neighbours can provide access to their roof.
I really don't know what'd caused it.
Arranged to look at the problem the same day.
In the end I figured out what was causing the problem myself, and DFB were very gracious about it.

TV aerial to be install on the roof of a two storey house
Job done on agreed date to our satisfaction, although the trader arrived a little later than the agreed time, he had phoned earlier to notify us of his delay. Very amiable and conducted the work in a most profesional manner
