Very, very nice guy - promised to be there at 9am, was there long before. He went through everything with me, gave me a choice of prices, got on with the job and I am delighted - would recommend him to anyone and, being on a caravan site, I'm hoping he gets plenty of work

We want a second TV in ground floor room, so need an additional aeriel feed and socket. The existing aeriel is working fine for the main TV. There appears to be a cable in place, but assume it's not connected as there's no signal.
Neil did a good job for me cabling up a second TV and orting out issues with our aerial, would recommend his work.

Very professional, quick and tidy. Very knowledgable about their trade and gave very good advice. Would definitely use again. Be careful when given quotes to check whether or not it includes VAT - I got a shock when told the final cost as I had thought the quote included VAT!

to install an aerial point in third storey flat
Absolutely appalling service - First turned up to do the job leaving a fuzzy tv screen saying if I couldn't sort the problem out myself he would be happy to come back. However when asked to come back didn't keep the appointment and has been promising to return when in the area - Now it has got to the stage of just ignoring my calls/ emails. Very poor is actually too good for him. As you can imagine I'm not too happy and will have to now pay a professional to come and sort out this Bodge Job!! Do not use this guy.

The 3 rooms are below where the aerial is in the loft. We don't get a reception upstairs and would like to plug in our freeview tvs. There is lots of space in loft and easy access.
Brilliant job. Already recommended them to a family member, and will be using them again in the future for other jobs.

I would like the tv in my kitchen to be connected to an existing aerial on my roof via the outside of my house so that I can receive digital tv channels. I would like the workman to drill through one of the existing wall tiles in the kitchen to do this. If the tile cracks I would like the workman to remove the cracked tile and cut the required hole in a replacement tile, which I have, before fixing this to the wall and attching an aerial socket into the new tile on the wall. Timing: ASAP

Ladders will be needed as the bedroom is at the back of the flat and is 1st floor at the back. I need an aerial putting in to connect to the telly so that I can view normal channels and freeview channels, a mobile aerial does not work.
