1. Remove bath, toilet and replace with similar. 2. Fix and install cabinets, one vanity unit and one drawer unit. (Already installed by family member but needs fixing!!!) 3. Cut and fix counter top. 4. Remove and install new shower unit. (Electric shower already in place and may replace with similar or with combination - to be discussed) 5. Remove and fit new radiator. Will also be looking for tiling and flooring laid.
Scott and his team did a great job. Trustworthy and reliable and communicated regularly. A few snags but these were sorted out promptly. Fantastic value for money.

I'm not sure
I am going to purchase the necessary fittings for the bathroom I just need them fitted. Bath, sink, toilet and shower need to be removed. I want a shower enclosure with a mixer shower attached to the wall instead of having a bath. I want my whole bathroom re- tiled. I am not sure of the measurements but I will buy the tiles. I want down lighters to be placed above the shower, a new shaver socket and my extractor fan replaced.
The only complaint that I have is the electrician that was used- not the plumbing and heating company. My uncle is an electrician in Edinburgh and he has installed downlights in my family home, he has never left holes in my ceilings where the old light fitting(s) use to be. If he had he would have got someone to fix it, not just left us with holes in our ceiling. I have no complaints about the plumbing and heating company.

The job is replacing the (medium/small size) bathroom and the jobs involved include: Remove and replace the bath, toilet and sink. The bath and toilet are to remain in the same position but the sink needs to move approx 2 metres. The radiator also needs to be moved to another wall. An old central heated towel rail needs to be removed. A gravity fed shower, screen and pump will need to be fitted also. The new bathroom suite and shower & pump will be provided. The bath end will need to be boxed in. A heated towel rail at the end of the bath (opposite the shower/taps) is also desired and would be provided for installation. Tiling will be required around the bath/shower area - tiles (large)provided. The floor needs a couple of boards replaced and bathroom laminate flooring fitted - Laminate flooring will be provided - (probably require new skirting). A computer aided design has been completed for the layout.
