Purchasing 1200 tabor walnut WC and basin unit, and a bath/screen + crea blanco 31.6cm sq floor tiles and moon blanco 40x20cm wall tiles from betterbathrooms.
WC, basin and bath will be in the same position. Remove old + fit new inc waste and taps etc.
Remove old tiling and lyno floor covering. Tile, seal and finish bathroom floor and walls.
Finally, fit supplied elec towel rail (700x450). The bathroom used to have one in the same position and there is power available on the same wall.
