Job Replace bath with shower. Replace existing tiles with limestone walls and floor. Replace towel radiator with new one in same place. Work to take place the week beginning Oct 22nd and completed within 2 weeks max.

Job I require some existing tiles re-grouted, the ceiling and one and a half walls plaster skimmed, a new toilet and sink/pedestal (already supplied) fitted, the radiator replaced with a towel radiator (already supplied), small amount of pipework tidied up and laminate floor (already supplied) laid. The bathroom is only 1.8m x 1.7m so not a huge job.

Job Due to flood - vinyl and hardboard needs replacing, also, bath panels. Kitchen ceiling needs painting and extractor fan needs fitting.

Comment He does a good job, with attention to detail and explains everything well as he goes along. He fitted an extractor fan to the ceiling instead of the wall as his drill had broken but it is probably better on the ceiling. Also the fan only goes on with the light which is not what we originally agreed but it is quite a simple job for an electrician to rectify but I was a bit disappointed with this. He is not cheap but seems to do a good standard of work and is helpful, reliable and very efficient. Laura Hamilton

Job Install shower cubicle/remove existing. Install sink/remove existing. Tile the necessary areas/remove existing Install Electric Shower/relocate existing. Simple small bathroom. No frills. I will supply the items.
