Strip out existing en-suite shower room (shower cubicle already gone). Advise suitability for being a wet room, and tile all walls and floor accordingly. Supply/install new basin and toilet (and shower cubicle if wet room not feasible). Room dimensions: are approx 1500mm x 1500mm, height 2350mm. House built in 1988. Electrical work will be completed separately by a qualified electrician. Also, tiling/finishing of a downstairs loo which has been stripped out. Underfloor heating installation will have been completed prior to commencement. All Tiles/Sanitary ware provided.
Cosmin is more friend than tradesman. He has proved to be as good as his word, and has exceeded our expectations by suggesting/putting his own finishing touches to the job. He is totally trustworthy, we gave him our front door key to let himself in when we were not there. Cosmin sometimes tries to change what the customer wants, but this is not a bad thing as he only wants the best possible outcome for his customers, based on his past experience. His opinions are therefore worth consideration.

In a new build house with standard bath only in small bathroom, we would like a bath shower mixer fitted with an appropriate area of the walls tiled and a shower screen fitted to stop water getting out. We'll supply the mixer, screen and tiles unless you can get it cheaper.
Chris was excellent. He answered my request for a short notice job (plumbing a mixer shower, tiling and a few other odds and sods) giving an on budget quote. His communication was excellent, he arrived early on both days that work took place, was tidy, cleared up afterwards, and completed the brief on time. The only thing that could have been improved was one of the tiles could have been cut slightly better - hardly a show stopper and, having now been sealed, its only me that knows it is there! Highly recommended, and I'll be going straight back to him for my next job.

The 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom need to be completely refurbished. New bathroom suites need to be fitted. One of the bathrooms needs an electric shower to be fitted (in place of the existing power shower) over the bath and a shower screen. The 2nd bathroom, an en-suite, needs a new walk-in power shower to be installed in place of the existing corner bath which has a power shower over it.
