"After care service from Mark has been a nightmare. Discovered in July that the bathroom sink had been leeking since installation in April. Water was seeping up from under the floor tiles. And Mark won't come round to fix it or repair what has been damaged! He won't return my calls or communicate with me at all. I've not been able to use the sink since! Really not happy!"
