Take out old bathroom, supply and install new units (bath, basin, wc) including pedestal units (sink to sit in one, cistern/wc in another). Current radiator to be replaced with heated towel rail. Skim and tile walls and floor, paint ceiling and woodwork. Job to include wall mounted shower. Will ask you to quote separately for items we may or not go ahead on (depending on budget), eg recessed lighting in ceiling, TV in wall, relocation of light switch to outside of bathroom door to enable dimmer.
Excellent job and totally trustworthy (we just gave him our keys and let him get on with it). I would hire Bob again in an instant. He is easy to talk to (we didn't feel stressed out by any problems he encountered as he always found solutions) and not only installed a bathroom but came up with great design ideas and colour schemes for us. His work is very professional and of a really high standard. We now have a really high quality bathroom, with a TV, and the price was within our budget (and what he said it would be at the start of the job - no extras added onto the quote, like some builders will try to do). If I could get Bob to quote on doing our whole house up for us, I would ... I can't sing his praises highly enough.
