Job Strip off half tiled bathroom removing the bath & toilet, replace the bath including shower, hand basin & wc then re-tile the walls.

Comment I instructed Faulkner services to refurbish my bathroom but I have been left with a leaking towel joint, a cistern that the lid does not fit onto, visible push fit fittings,unsightly gap next to vanity unit and accessories which still need fitting. I have tried calling the home number,mobile, left a number of voicemail messages & emails with no response!! Faulkner services have not been back since I paid for the works in full. I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED WISHING I HAD USED AN ALTERNATIVE TRADER !! Robert

Comment I first used Mervin to fit a new bathroom suite for me which included tiling, flooring and plastering. He did a fantastic job with great care and quality. Since then he has done various jobs for me around the house and I've also recommended him to other friends and family. Its hard to find a good tradesman and I now only ask Mervin to carry out any diy work. Pally

Comment IAN CALLED ME TO REPLY TO MY JOB DESCRIPTION THEN ARRANGED TO COME TO GIVE ME A QUOTE. HE HAS PHOTOS OF PREVIOUS JOBS AND CAN EVEN ARRANGE FOR HIS CUSTOMERS TO SEE HIS WORK FOR THEMSELVES..FIRST IMPRESSIONS GO A LONG WAY WITH ME AND HE TICKED EVERY BOX..I FELT I COULD TRUST HIM WITH MY HOUSE KEYS AS MY WIFE AND MYSELF BOTH HAVE FULL TIME JOBS. EVERY NIGHT BEFORE HE LEFT THE HOUSE WAS TIDY AND AS WE HAVE ONLY ONE TOILET IT WAS ALLWAYS LEFT SO THAT WE COULD USE IT .OUR BATHROOM IS FANTASTIC AND IT HAS BEEN HASSLE FREE.....I HAVE ALREADY TOLD FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT HIS WORK SO I THINK HE WILL BE VERY BUSY.
