Strip out existing units
Replace tiling. Replace floor lino.
Replace units, but hopefully fit a shower enclosure instead of a bath.
Install extractor fan.
Replace radiator with heated towel rail.
Reroute/reposition existing pipework to suit.
When Julius came to visit the job I was immediately impressed with his "can do" attitude and the fact he was able to relay dimensions of bathroom furniture as he set about measuring my annoying small bathroom.
When I changed my requirements a couple of times he was more than willing to oblige.
Julius always arrived on time and always left the site clean when finished for the day.
Overall I'm very pleased with the job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
