Remove current bathroon suite - replace with new suite including movement of toilet and shower/bath, therefore possible movement of soil pipes etc, installation of extractor fan, movement of radiator. Window needs bricking up and tiling done however will look to get other trade in to do this at same time.
Impressed with the work undertaken. 3 men on site for the first week from 8 in the morning through to 6pm. Informative. Made recommendations. Good value and very approachable. When the waste pipe broke 2 weeks after installation they were quick to come back and replace. Would recommend to others.
Currently adjoining (but separate) WC and bathroom need to be combined into one room (one interior wall and two doors will need to be removed and then a new door built in the remaining hall gap). New room to be tiled (floor and most of the walls) with paint on walls where not tiled. Bathroom parts (bath, sink, toilet) to be supplied by us to be installed by you with bath plughole in a similar location to existing bath and toilet in identical location to current toilet.
Adam has single-handedly knocked down walls, moved doors, tiled, plumbed, fitted, grouted and sealed our new bathroom to an excellent standard. He has shown extreme dedication and an outstanding work ethic throughout, and we would therefore not hesitate to recommend him for almost any job imaginable.
Bathroom size is approx 2.3 x 1.6m.
Removal and dispose of:
- a few tiles (<2m)
- Floor tiles
- old electic shower
- radiator (and seal off)
Re-position and install
- Bath and shower door
- Sink (including vanity units)
- new electic shower
- Extractor fan
- Some tiling (approx 5 sq m)
- TileLoc flooring
- New ceiling light
- plus all piping (boxed in as required) as required and make good all walls.
- may need to install RCD to existing circuit (I do have a new fuse box)
I'm planning on getting all parts from B&Q and using their design service so I have a full and accurate parts list.
Would also like to know what guarantees are offered on work please.
Think that's the lot. Any questions - give me a call.
All in all - a Great job all round - despite some of the issues we encountered on the way (don't assume a B&Q survey and design will be entirely accurate - we had to make a few major amends at the 11th hour).
I would happily use Aquality again.

Good job done, carried out extra work with aging pipe work that wasn't expected. Would recommend Peter to friends and family. Worked late into the evening to finish job. Probably took longer than I expected but wasn't a problem

We would like a quotation to install a new bathroom in our attic.
We need to increase the size of our back bedroom and the only way to do this is to to extend into the existing bathroom by approximately 5' (bathroom measures 9' x 6.6"). In doing this the extension would also encompass the hallway.
A new loo and sink would then need to be installed into the area of bathroom that remains.
To give you an idea of the payout, the house is a 1900 Victorian semi, typical layout with one room following on from another. At the top of the stairs is a hallway straight ahead to the back bedroom and on the right is the door to the bathroom.
I hope this is enough detail for now.
need shower tray lifting and plumbing assessed to see if leak in kitchen could be caused by anything apart from damaged sealant.
Customer owns and lives at this property
