We have an electric power pump under our bath that has stopped working and is causing some flooding whenever it is used. It is also connected to our mixer taps making the bath and shower unusable. We need the current pump to be isolated and a new to pump to be safely installed in the correct location (it currently looks like a health hazard to me). The further problem is that the side of the bath appears to have been tiled in such a way that the side of the bath cannot be taken off to give proper access to the existing plumbing and pump under the bath. There is an inspection hole near the taps, but I don't think it's big enough to work through. So it looks like the side of the bath will need to smashed down and a replacement side panel inserted once the work is done. We would like a decent pump to provide power to the existing bath taps and shower mixer and are looking for competitive quotes for a quality job.
Paul did an excellent job for us. He really went that extra mile and clearly is very experienced at what he does. I would highly recommend him. He installed a shower pump for us after the previous one broke and identified that there were issues with the previous set up that stopped a constant flow from going to the shower. He successfully fixed all problems and we now have the power we always wanted to the shower. He is friendly, flexible and professional.Stuart
This is a very small job. The sealant around our shower has begun to turn black. The existing sealant needs to be removed, and new sealant put in place. This needs someone who has done shower sealant before, and is capable as the first installation was a problem as water leaked in to the room beneath.
The sealant is around all 4 walls at the bottom, and up the right angles between the walls.
On time, polite, sensibly priced and very skilfull. Wish I had that skill!!Dick
Near enough a straight swap bathroom suite. Move sink waste slightly. Replace old wc and high level cistern. Re run new pipework, preferably under floor, though low level considered. Thermostatic shower valves out of wall, and re run pipework for towel rad. External pipework is cast. All fixtures and fittings bought except pipework. heating is Combi boiler.
On what proved to be a very tricky job, James has produced a bathroom that my parents are extremely pleased with. He was on time always, and happily answered questions and let them know what was happening when. he's a great guy, and I will certainly be contacting him again for work in the future.

The Pegasus team were fantastic. They did a complete rework of our three bathrooms and did some building work to create a fourth for us. We were delighted with the quality of their work and their attention to detail (and that is saying something as the lady of the house has pretty high standards!) They are very reliable. They worked every day, with excellent time keeping and they are really nice guys. They always cleared up each night so we didnâ??t feel as though we were living on a building site and they were so helpful with difficult situations. There has also been great contact since completion, with any normal and expected â??snaggingâ?? being quickly sorted. We would highly recommend them and have already done so!Mary
