Job Remove current bath and replace with shower enclosure Remove current electric ' over bath' shower unit and install new shower unit into new enclosure. New shower unit could be electric or, if possible, convert current water supply to old bath into a shower unit fed from hot water tank!! Renovate the walls on the three sides of the alcove in which the bath was situated as required.Bathroom measures 165cmsX163cms. The alcove measures 165cmsX70cms. i would suggest a survey be made to discuss further. I am willing to purchase the shower etc separately, if necessary but would be happy if the expert would prefer to supply the all requirements as he will know what items would be suitable for a good job.

Budget I'm not sure

Job Bath, Wc and washbasin only. Tiling not necessary. Floor is currently pvc. Would like a stone floor but this can be decided.

Comment Graham was on time, gave good advice and was straight up about the daily rate. I would commend him on the basis he came across as likeable, punctual and he came back to put in my bath panel which was good of him. The job was to fit a 3 piece suite and take away the old suite. Involved some boxing that needed to be removed and replaced without damage which he did. There was ceramic tiled flooring to put in and some wall tiles needed replacing. My only observation was that the flooring was a little rushed and that some finishing touches could have been better to give the 5 stars. Overall I am satisified with the job and tradesman. Dav
