"Patrick and Emma were very friendly and efficient - Patrick had the whole bathroom measured up within a few minutes of arriving on their first visit, while Emma went through the options of fittings etc, and the quote arrived promptly as promised. Everything was tidy and clean (as far as is possible with this sort of job!) at the end of each day, and my new bathroom is exactly what I wanted. The attention to detail was good - I wasn't happy with the fitting of the ceiling lights (not done by Patrick but by someone he contracted), and Patrick agreed and adjusted them the same day. Also I thought a couple of the border tiles weren't correctly aligned, and again this was resolved very quickly. Now for the kitchen - I'll be in touch!"
