Reviews of Bathroom Specialists in Birmingham Area

Job = Tiling in bathroom around the shower over the bath approx area 8.5 ft width and 5 ft high from bath. The area also includes a widow sil and a line of tiles at the back of the bath to wall approx 10 standard size tiles. Area is currently 2 tiles high from bath and then wall paper up to the ceiling, so very few old tiles to remove. I would like just plain old white tiles and have it looking all nice and flush also Reseal bath and sink to wall please as this has perished. I am looking for quotes, when the work could be done and how long would it take a day or 2??? i will probably need to arrange some one to be at the property. Many Thanks looking forward to hearing from you!!!
My experience of L c Ceramics was a prompt reply to my job. We kept in regular contact and he did the job when he said would. I Was happy with the cost and standard of work was great, even put the vac around for me. I would highly recommend this tradesman.Joanna

A nice chap who does what he says he will and does it well. The only reason i didn't mark him as excellent was his tools and equipment took over the house which I found hard to live with. Teresa
We need our bathroom refitted using some of the existing features (bath, sink, taps, cupboards) but we need new tiles and flooring including fitting an extractor fan. The bath is currently not fitted very well so will need redoing. We also have the problem that the walls the bath sits on are not square or level. I would ideally like tradesmen interested in doing the work to visit to see what needs doing and discuss it with me before quoting. Thank you.
Quality of the work was first rate...would definitely recommend to anyone.Nicola
I cannot praise Steve & Dean highly enough, they have finished the job to a very high standard indeed in under a week and left no mess at all. They turned up when they said they would, offered sensible advice throughout even when I altered the specification of the job and completed the work within their quote. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of having work done on their bathroom.Benjamin
Seven bedroom house, 3 rooms need ensuite fitting to them, relatively compact but to a nice standard as the house is for younf professionsals.
Initially I was impressed with CBL Home Improvements when they fitted some new windows for us. However, on the final inspection I noticed that a couple of the windiws were clicking. They told me that they would fix the problem once they had ordered some new brackets but could they still be paid for the job. I agreed to do this but that I would hold back some of the money back until the problem was fixed as I have had trades promise to come back and fix falts before and you never see them again. They took offence to this proposition stating that they would never do that to a customer. And sure enough this is exactly what happened with CBL, in fact it was Robert Large who fitted the windows (one of the brothers of Christopher Large). I tried to contact several times after and they promised they would come back after holidays etc. Eventually I gave up. Would i use them again? - Perhaps if the price was right but no money would exchange hands until the job was finished.Nick
For tradesmen to change bathroom suite. Most expensive fibre glass bathtub. Change current shower to chrome type also replace the bathroom, toilet, sink, old tiles and panels.
Workmenship was excelltent, they wored to time scale and a very professional job. There was also no mess and i could trust them. The quote they gave and what they said they were going to do matched. I had no problems with them and recommend highly. Job well done. I'll use them again. Thank you!Daisy

To take out existing bathroom suite, make good all walls and floor, re-tile walls and floor and replace windows as one inside pane on one of the double glazed windows is cracked. Also to recommend type of suite which best suits our needs and install once chosen.

This should (!) be a very simple job - the screws holding up a shower rail have rusted through and one screw has snapped off inside the wall.
I need the shower rail putting back up in such a way as to hide the existing holes, and without cracking the tiles into which new holes will need to be drilled.
