"[COMPANY_NAME] were brilliant. Very professional and excellent workmanship. Original bathroom was absolutely falling to bits [COMPANY NAME] ripped out the entire bathroom. Fixed up all the walls - plastering etc. Then tiled it from top to bottom. My bathroom looks stunning now. New bathtub, Shower, Sink and Toilet - complete new bathroom and floor tiles. Larbi worked his way through a tough job and did a marvelous job of it. I would recommend him to anyone. He also fixed a few other leaks around the house no extra charge... Good stuff Cheers Sameer"

"Said he would start the job on Tues, 17th February 2009 at 9am. Nobody came. I rang him at 9.30am. He said that his partner was on his way and would get here at 10am and that he had stopped off at the DIY store. When asked what time HE would come, he said 10.30am. Nobody came. I rang but phone switched off. I texted, no reply. Waited all day from 9am-6pm, he didn't arrive to do the job nor did he ring or text to cancel or postpone. When I called him at 9pm, he said that his partner didn't get here due to getting lost and that he didn't come as he broke his tooth and had to go to the dentist. He said he would come the following day between 9am-9.30am. Again nobody arrived. Waited all day again. Found a message on this site saying that he couldn't come now until 9th March, 2009. This should have been said from the outset. I still persevered and asked for a discount due to the reasons above, discount refused. I decided to get a new bathroom as I have recently had a bereavement and thought that it would keep my mind off things and it was working up until this. My depression has come back. The current bathroom is 20 years old. It would be a great help for my brother too as he has Downs Syndrome. I used rated people as I thought I wouldn't get any problems. "
