Bathroom refurbishment and renovation in Winslow
"Extremely poor job. Shower enclosure leaked (had to be removed and re-fitted by others to correct overhang over edge of shower tray and lack of sealant between the tray and tiling behind the enclosure); waste pipes leaked; appalling quality of joinery work (boxing in - wavy lines and badly fixed) and part of the tiling (backfall on tiled seat in the shower accumulates water instead of running off and shoddy workmanship around the shaver socket); lost parts of the new shower kit (parts had to be replaced) and the radiator valve covers; damaged the new toilet seat cover which had to be replaced; left a mess in the loft; failed to insulate part of the loft pipework and the remainder was nor properly carried out; he cut tiles inside the house with a disc cutter without any precautions to prevent the spread of red dust all over the house; nether did he clear it up; he spilt black water from the old raditor onto the new landing carpet. In short, I could not wait to see him out of the house and I refused to let him come back to do the remedial works because I had zero confidence he would do them properly. All in all, I cannot reccommend Steve at all. This was a very unhappy experience."
