re-sealing around bath tub and grouting whole shower area.
Dave contact me straight away within a couple of hours of me posting the job. Came the same day with a reasonable quote, on time and finish the job as promised and tidy after himself which was nice as he didnt have to. Gave good recommedations on further works. Would definately use him again for plumbing and tiling jobs in the future.Lisa
Strip existing mdf/wood panelling all around the bathroom and replace with tiles, cut and fit new bath panel, refit both wobbly bath taps, reseal bath and shower. No design work needed, no construction work. Approx 4 sq metres of tiling.

Some of our tiling in the shower cubicle appears to have moved and is now leaning forward, i'm guessing the adhesive & grouting are not doing their job & so now concerned about possible water damage due to slow seepage. In order to get to these particular tiles the shower tray may have to be removed - it's been in a good few years and I'm concerned it may get damaged leading onto a new tray/cubicle.
also having problems with the flusher on the toilet - which is on the top cystern (a push down button for half/full flush)

We are looking to refurbish our current bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), tiling (floor and walls) skim ceiling and put in spots, new radiator. It's only a small bathroom so advice on possible options would be welcomed. We are also looking to refurb our en-suite shower room (shower, sink and toilet), tiling, new fan, skim ceiling, new radiator and spots. Also would like options on how to improve water flow in shower. Again a small space so advice again welcome.

Updated : This is a very small bathroom approximately 6 x 9. Work was started on it a very long time ago, and the room now looks like somthing out of DIY SOS. The plasterboard walls are shot to pieces, water damaged and full of holes, so most of them need replacing. The ceiling ones have already been replaced but not skimmed / filled. The existing electric shower needs to be replaced and relocated on to an adjacent wall ideally, and a shower screen installed. The bath and WC are relatively new, so don't need to be replaced. A small corner basin needs installing, as does a wall-mounted towel heater / radiator. There are no skirting boards or window sill, so these require fitting, and the bathroom door needs to be re-hung. The walls are to be tiled and a carpet fitted. New mixer taps to be fitted to the bath to match the new basin. All equipment has been purchased already, except possibly the skirtings and window sill, and whatever is needed for the walls and tiles to be fixed. Original : Walls require new plasterboard, bath and wc already installed, but corner basin and electric shower need installing. Walls to be tiled, bathroom t o becarpeted, wall-mounted towel heater / radiator also to be installed, celing already had new plasterboard but requires finishing, shower screen to be fitted. Also door requires re-fitting and skirting boards required. Basically almost every job imaginable !
