Remove existing suite and install new suite. Removal of existing tiling and new tiling for walls and floor. Location of bath, sink, toilet will be in different locations to existing layout and therefore new pipework will be required. Built in cupboard needs to be knocked out to accomodate new sink and cupboard. Possibility of new external drainpipe to accommodate fall for toilet.
Extremely happy with the professionalism shown by Neil and Nic. they helped plan the design and talked through the whole process. The job was completed on time and in budget. The finish was excellent and i would definitely recommend them to anyome wanting a new bathroom.

We are refurbishing our small bathroom roughly 8ft x 7ft. The old 3 piece suite needs to come out and a new one needs to be put in.
We have a shower bath, shower, wall mounted sink, towel radiator and a toilet to be fitted.
All the items are sitting in my conservatory ready to go and the tiles will get delivered when we need them.
First phase would be to take old bathroom out and plumb in new items
Second phase would be to get the plasterer in to re-skim, and plaster where needed.
